Very rare. Fedor Hanzekovic’s comedy drama “Master of His Own Body” (1957) is certainly one of the audience’s most loved Croatian films made in the fifties. Based on a short story written by Slavko Kolar.
Plot:
Due to negligence that caused the death of a family cow, an extremely poor but handsome young man Iva must obey his father’s demands to marry an unattractive and limping daughter of wealthy villagers.
